Nexorism Educación Financiera S.A.C., with RUC 20612345671 and registered office at Av. Javier Prado Este 492, Of. 1502, San Isidro, Lima, Peru, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide through nexorism.com. This Policy describes how we collect, use and protect your information in compliance with Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law of Peru, and its regulations approved by D.S. No. 003-2013-JUS.
1. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily enter in our forms: full name and email address for newsletter subscription; queries and messages sent to the contact email; and technical data such as IP address, browser type, preferred language and pages visited, obtained through cookies and analytics tools compliant with Google Consent Mode V2.
2. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to send you the financial education newsletter, invite you to group clinics with specialists, respond to your enquiries, improve the site's content and fulfil applicable legal obligations in Peru. We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal effects without your express consent.
3. Legitimating basis
We process your data based on the free, prior, express and informed consent you grant when submitting our forms. We may request specific consent for additional purposes.
4. Retention
We will keep your data while your subscription remains active and, thereafter, for a maximum period of five years for legal accreditation purposes, unless you request earlier deletion or a Peruvian regulation requires a different period.
5. Processors and transfers
We may share your data with providers acting as data processors, such as email-sending platforms, analytics services and cloud infrastructure providers. When transfers outside Peru are required we will ensure adequate protection levels in accordance with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
6. ARCO Rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, as well as revoke your consent, by writing to privacidad@nexorism.com with a copy of your DNI or CE. We will respond within the deadlines established by Peruvian regulations. You may also file complaints with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical, organisational and legal measures to protect your data: TLS 1.3 encryption on all communications, role-based access controls, audit logs and regular reviews. No system is completely infallible, but we work to minimise risk.
8. Changes
Any material modification to this Policy will be published on this page and, where appropriate, notified by email before it takes effect.
